    Shawn surprised new TODAY show co-anchor Savannah Guthrie on her first show as host. Guthrie, who counts Colvin as her musical idol, joined Shawn for a performance of Bob Dylan's "You're Gonna Make Me Lonesome When You Go" before Shawn offered a solo take on the title track off her new album, All Fall Down.
